Pros

-This may be an option for those who've found nothing else has helped them.
-If you have a truly responsible and honest dr./patient relationship, it can be taken safely and effectively.
-Doesn't induce bad dreams or give a "hang over" effect.

Cons

-If you have an addiction disorder, DO NOT TAKE IT.
-It is something that you MUST discuss and be honest about with a doctor; it's rarely prescribed because of abuse.
-For some patients, it only works for, say a week or a month, then wears off. There's not a lot that can be done; it's very individual in nature.
