You can cure depression! Curing Depression is like losing weight or other things it is individual, in that you have to do what works for you. No two people are the same and that includes identical twins! It takes therapy, the proper Diet, possibly medication and more. If your Depression is not very severe St. John's wort can help! The Best thing is to do whatever you can to take care of yourself! Pets help because they give you something to focus on and they demand it. Group therapy and friends are great because you can talk out the problem and have social interaction. We are all selfish social people! It is not a bad thing, It just is. Being the way we are is why Democracy works and Socialism does not. Knowing how we tick is important to changing ourselves.

Pros

I recently read the book You Can Cure Your Depression by Blair Masters. It was super informative about what really causes depression. The science behind it and so forth. I also found the info on the right supplements to take and dosage, certain foods to eat and others to avoid eating and a ton of different ways to approach the healing process. Thumbs up. Read on my kindle from Amazon.

Cons

It was very short and a few of the tips seemed pretty obvious to me.
