Hi Jamie,

So sorry you are not seeing a lot of results from your treatment, my friend.

I don't know how long you have been in treatment but what I always say to my clients, whether they are only involved in therapy, or are in therapy and on medication, is that feeling better is a process. It takes time. And there are some ups and downs along the way.

So I encourage you to work closely with your mental health professionals. But also, if you are experiencing confusion and anxiety, then I hope you have told your therapist or doctor about this. Whoever is treating you needs to be aware of what's going on, if they aren't. You might also want to talk about your concerns about how the treatment is going.

Be an advocate for yourself.

And stay in touch with us. Let us know how you're doing.

I agree with doctor Gary be an advocate for yourself…because you are the person who can help you. Because if you don't tell people what's going on they can't help you…I hope things get better.
