Hi Sunny Jam,

I am glad you checked in, my friend.

I am sorry to hear you are dealing with so much. It sounds like you are really struggling right now, with multiple diagnoses and unemployment.

Since you have been diagnosed, I am hoping that you are also in treatment. What you are experiencing is treatable. It is a process, one step at a time. But people with multiple diagnoses are getting help and they are getting better.

I really encourage you to reach out for help. Working with a mental health professional could make such a big difference right now. You might also check into community resources for people who are living with mental illness and having employment challenges.

Be an advocate for yourself. Work closely with a mental health professional.

And stay in touch with us. You are not alone.

Gary

I finished 3 years of one on one with doc and group therapy, this past month. Dr said I could get my meds from primary dr,and since I was no longer crying 12 hrs out of 24,he thought I was getting better, although we did not really ever touch on the issues at point,so guess I will try to blindly guide myself to trying to learn to live with depression, and dealing with these family issues, Once one of my sibling discusses my issues, seems like I lose another friend or family member
